Effective from 23rd January 2024. The etyres Lifetime Guarantee extends its protective reach to encompass tyre purchases made through both the Fully Fitted and Mail Order options. Whether you prefer a professional installation or doorstep delivery, you're covered. 

Please note this is only applicable to all tyres purchased on or after 23rd January 2024.

Importantly, we want to emphasise that our guarantee does not supersede or undermine your statutory rights as a consumer. Your legal rights remain intact and tyre warranty is unaffected.

To ensure fairness, the credit you receive is linked to the tread depth of your tyre at the time of the fault. Here's a detailed breakdown of the credit scale:

• 6mm and above:

  You'll receive a brand-new tyre, identical to your current one, absolutely free of charge.

• 5mm - 5.99mm:

  A new tyre, matching your current model, will be offered to you with a substantial 80% discount applied, based on the etyres price at the time of your initial purchase.

• 3mm - 4.99mm:

  You'll qualify for a new tyre identical to your current one, with a generous 60% discount applied.

• 1.6mm - 2.99mm:

  Should your tyre tread fall within this range, you'll still benefit from a new tyre, matching your current model, with a valuable 40% discount, based on the etyres price at the time of your original purchase.

Points to Keep in Mind

• To ensure your eligibility for the lifetime guarantee, it is imperative that you retain the tyres for inspection and store them in an appropriate location until we can arrange a convenient courier collection.

• Certain factors may impact your guarantee coverage, such as failure to maintain correct tyre pressures, exceeding recommended loads, unresolved balancing or tracking issues, and other similar considerations.

• It's important to note that the etyres Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, competition use, vandalism, fire damage, acts of God (such as unforeseeable and uncontrollable natural events not caused by human actions), or tyres designed for motorbikes and trucks.

• Lastly, please be aware that this guarantee exclusively applies to tyres purchased directly through etyres and is tailored for cars, vans, 4x4s, and SUVs.

Exclusions to the Lifetime Guarantee

1. Accidental damage - for example punctures caused by objects, bulges as result of kerbing, etc.**

2. Damage caused through the fitting or removal of the tyre itself.***

3. Failure to look after tyres appropriately:

• Failure to maintain correct tyre pressures.
• Exceeding appropriate loads defined by the vehicle manufacturer.
• Towing recommended loads defined by the vehicle manufacturer through use of a trailer / caravan.
• Uncorrected balancing or tracking issues.

4. Inappropriate use through:

• Use of the tyre for unsuitable means.
• Use of defective / unsuitable wheels.
• Use of tyres where specification (in any area) is incorrect for the vehicle.
• Use of tyres on a vehicle where specialised tyres are required.
• Damage caused as a result of vehicle defect or issue.

5. Damage caused as a direct result of the use of snow chains, incorrectly used inflation devices, or the result of contact with materials or fluids.

6. Damage as the result of competition use.

7. Acts of vandalism / theft.

8. Fire damage / acts of God.

9. Guarantee is only applicable to tyres purchased directly through etyres.co.uk.

10. Guarantee is only applicable to sales of tyres for Car, Van, 4X4 and SUV and excludes sales of tyres for Motorbike and Truck.
