Mr Drake called on our Bournmouth team to have a set of Bridgestone run flat tyres fitted to his BMW. His fitting was swiftly arranged, but he was concerned he might not be able to find his locking wheel nut key.
Our national sales team was able to advise him about what action he would need to take if he couldn’t find it – including on where to find the key.
Fortunately, Mr Drake found it and had this to say: “A wonderful service you have there. Why can’t BT, Sky, and the company delivering my furniture (or not) be as good as tyres?!”
