An usual job came in this week for a set of tyres from one of our previous customers in Portsmouth. His student daughter is living miles away in Cambridge, but when her car was vandalised she turned to dad for help.
He phoned our National Call Centre, paid for the new tyres with his credit card and within three hours of making the call, we’d fitted the tyres and his daughter’s car was mobile again. One more satisfied customer – and a very relieved student.
Being able to use a mobile fitting service like etyres is a weight off many parents minds when their kids leave home. It means they don’t have to run the risk of going to a high street depot where they will be advised they also need worn brake pads, shock absorbers, etc.
So while the kids hoover up numbers for pizza, cinemas, etc, the parents can stick etyres in their contacts book for peace of mind.
