When our customer placed an order online, our eagle-eyed tyres fitter questioned the size he’d chosen for his car. A quick check on the side wall confirmed the mistake and our customer changed his order.
After the tyres were fitted he sent us this email: ‘You were able to change the order without any hassle – which was a good start. Then today the tyre fitter arrived in the morning as desired and was quick and efficient as well as offering some good advice. Good service all round – I would certainly use you again.’
We suspect our customer may have entered his vehicle registration number on another website which purports to tell motorists what tyres they need. This is regularly wrong and can result in a delay in getting your new tyres fitted. The only 100 per cent, foolproof way of finding out what tyre you need is to go and look at your existing ones.
