We know that nobody likes having to fork out for new tyres, especially as we edge closer to Christmas and not to mention the economic gloom.
So we were delighted that our tyres team in Bristol were able to save one of their customers a massive £500 when they told him that they could repair his punctured run flat.
This is what Brian emailed the head office to say: “This is a short note to express my appreciation of your fitter. I’d ordered 2 new tyres on the assumption that “run flats” could not be repaired.
“When your fitter arrived he informed me that he could repair the puncture and that my payment for the two tyres would be credited.
“So he repaired the puncture and saved me a large outlay before Xmas.
“Can I thank your company for wonderful customer relations and I will have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends and family.”
