The British Franchise Association (the BFA) hosted a fantastic seminar yesterday on the impact social media has on business.
Here at etyres we have found that more and more people who need tyres are turning to the likes of twitter, facebook and chatrooms for advice before they buy.
They are also tweeting and posting when they receive good service or find a company that has fantastic prices.
At etyres, we are delighted that our customers are taking the time to add their comments about our service. We welcome all feedback, whether it’s praising our mobile tyre fitting teams around the UK or even comments from the odd customer who is having a bit of a moan – because we also want to know if there are ways we can keep improving our service.
We sent a team from our Cambridge head office over to the BFA seminar in Oxford to learn more about this emerging trend.
Katie Moffat, from Pajama Drama, gave a fascinating talk, as did Nick Strong of FranWeb and Dan Archer from X-Press Legal Services – so our thanks to all of them and the BFA for an inspiring business seminar.
