Fitted at home or work
etyres supply and fit a complete range of BMW tyres and our prices are considerably less expensive than the main dealerships.
Also, etyres operate a convenient mobile fitting service which means you do not have to waste time driving to a tyre depot, instead we come to you and fit them at your home or work.
BMW is known for offering drivers a combination of style, image and driving pleasure and has worked with tyre manufacturers to develop its own BMW specific version of the most popular tyres. etyres supply and fit these manufacturer approved tyres, which are recognisable by the star stamped on the sidewall.
Run flat tyres are standard fitment on all new 1 series, 3 series and 5 series BMW cars, with the current tyre of choice Continental’s ContiPremiumContact Self Supporting Runflat Tyres.
BMW, like many car manufacturers, change tyre suppliers according to model specification and as vehicle ranges evolve. Bridgestone has also been a leading supplier of original equipment tyres to BMW, supplying the high-performance Bridgestone Potenza and Turanza run flat tyres across the BMW car range.
It is recommended that run flat tyres are always replaced with a similar product, as run flats have much stiffer sidewalls than those in traditional tyres and this is taken into account by vehicle manufacturers when they design their suspension and steering systems.
You are advised to consult the vehicle manufacturer if you are considering using non run flat tyres. etyres supplies a range of replacement run flat tyres to meet the needs of all BMW cars.
etyres stock a complete range of BMW tyres to suit your needs and provide a high volume of tyres for all models within the various BMW series.
Here are some examples of non run flat tyres fitted to popular BMW models – but we advise you to check the type and size of the tyres currently fitted to your vehicle before placing your order. You can find this information on the sidewall of your existing tyre.

Finding replacement tyres for BMW vehicles is not difficult, but that is only part of the equation. Getting the right BMW Tyres for cars, vans, trucks, or SUVs may involve some choices if the driver's preferences or driving habits require different BMW Car Tyres than were originally fitted by BMW.
Changing BMW Tyres
Changing BMW Car Tyres should require 3 primary choices:
- The overall quality of the tyre (durability, wear, ratings, cost) desired for the BMW
- The speed rating that the BMW Tyres should have depending upon the driver's average and occasional "fastest-driven" speed
- Deciding if local and/or regional weather patterns merit keeping two sets of tyres for dry vs. wet road conditions
Further, if an owner wishes to put tyres on different sized wheels for the BMW, a careful decision about what size tyres will be valid for that BMW is required. If, for example, a larger wheel size is desired, then the profile (height) and/or the width must be reduced to avoid damaging the drive train. A 195/65/15 tyre for that BMW, for instance, on a 17" rim, could legitimately become a 165/65 (narrower) or a 195/55 (shorter) but could not stay a 195/65 as before. Using our handy calculator for changing tyre sizes should be all you need to help you find the right tyre size.
All tyres for any BMW vehicle should be fitted using the proper torque, according to the manufacturer's specifications. Torque is the amount of pressure used to tighten the wheel nuts. This table of torque settings displays the torque settings, the recommended air pressure to put into tyres and the alternate tyre size for BMW models.
