The Dunlop SP 10 is available in 65, 70, and 80 series fitments. The SP 10 is designed for both the family and the fleet car markets. Dunlop SP 10 features:
  • The Dunlop tread compound complements the new tread pattern to give enhanced grip performance in wet road conditions without diminishing tyre wear performance.
  • The tread has been designed for improved braking on wet roads, using multiple sipes that also reduce rolling resistance. The minor grooves and sipes are positioned to enhance the distribution of contact pressure giving a more even rate of wear.
  • Additional main grooves that run longitudinally, and are wide, increase resistance to aquaplaning and give better braking in deep water.
  • The pitch arrangement of the tread results in lower noise, utilising the patented Dunlop chaos pitch arrangement theory in practice.
  • Noise levels are further reduced by the use of lateral grooves with variable radii, which has been optimised for water expulsion.
