I’m sure if you trawl through the internet (as I did) you will find cheaper tyres and batteries but the small extra cost was more than justified by the totally professional service I received. Booking was a piece of cake, the fitter arrived at the appointed time and the job (2 tyres and a battery) was completed in literally minutes. A big well done to the whole team at etyres. I have had my two rear tyres replaced today through using your website and I would like to pass on my appreciation of both your customer service via internet/phone/text-message and the individual who replaced my tyres – Ian (didn’t get his full name).

I missed a phone call to confirm what time I would like my tyres to be done, so, alternatively I received a text message notifying when my tyres would be done – this was extremely useful!

Ian, who replaced my tyres, was incredibly friendly and approachable. It is because of this individuals professionalism and attitude that I wouldn’t hesitate in using etyres again and will recommend this company to friends/family.

Ian arrived on time as arranged with his boss the previous evening at the Best of Walsall networking event.  The tyre was fitted in a short time and it was nearly £45 cheaper than ATS and etyre came to my door.

 I used Etyres for the 1st time today. A friend recommended them. I ordered online at 12pm today asking for a morning slot the next day. I rang ETyres after i had placed my order to confirm that the following morning was ok. The lady checked and rang me back 5 minutes saying that that would be fine or I could have them fitted this afternoon! I am now writing this review at 15:45 and Ian from ETyres has been and gone! Superb service, really friendly, and a whole lot cheaper than anyone else. I won’t buy tyres from anyone else again.

 I found the service excellent – from original phone call to place my order, to establishing the fitting date/time, to even our exchange this morning when you did not have my number (below email).  Could not fault any of it.

• The fitter turned up between the times I had been advised and was pleasant and friendly from our first interaction.
• The guy was great – very jovial and a great ambassador for the company.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and he was also most helpful in pointing out a few other elements of wear and tear to our particular tyres (things to watch out for).
• I would not hesitate in both using your company again and recommending it to friends.
