Other times we’re told the customer came to us, because we were recommended by friends, family or colleagues.

But the icing on the cake is when someone takes the time to email or call in and tell us how brilliant our team are.

Take this email from a customer in S35 who we fitted a Continental tyre for. This is what she had to say:

“I just wanted to pass on my thanks and to praise your fitter, Glen Cooper, who has just been here today. He was very helpful, showed me why my tyre was not repairable (sob!), took time to clean up the wheel and fitted the new tyre, and checked my other wheel as well.
