Ali – tyres Keighley writes: The great thing about operating a mobile service is that we can be really flexible to cater for all our customers needs.
We have just had a lovely customer today who needed two new tyres for her BMW 3 Series, size 225/40/18.
She was finding it hard to get Bridgestone runflat tyres fitted the same day and was really desperate, because she was going off on holiday later that night. The customer was planning to drive through Keighley and Skipton, so we were able to meet her en-route and get her new tyres fitted.
We were happy to help her out and she was so pleased and relieved that she brought along a box of chocolates for us!
It was all part of our service – but of course, it’s great to be appreciated!
