Keith e tyres Grays writes – A couple of weeks ago our fitter saw and elderly couple stopped at the side of the road struggling to change a tyre in the snow. He stopped and offered to help them put the spare wheel on. This took a matter of minutes with the correct equipment and the couple were extremely grateful that they were back on their way again so quickly. They then called us to replaced the damaged tyre and we went out the next day with a new tyre for them and put their car back to normal. They were so happy with the experience that they actually wrote into the local paper to the letters page to say thank you. It is great that we get happy customers like this and I am sure we will get many more recommendations from them too.
