Welcome to E Tyres Arnold

etyres – Arnold  writes: Our roads are covered with potholes which can cause serious damage to your vehicle, especially your car tyres.

However, if your car tyres are damaged by driving over a pothole you can avoid being left with a big hole in your wallet, by coming to etyres.

There is a good chance that damaged tyres can be repaired and this often costs a fraction of the price of a replacement tyre – especially if you need a premium brand tyre.

The first thing to do is check your car tyres as soon as possible after you have hit a pothole.  In some cases the damage will be obvious, such as buckled wheels or lumps in the tyre, but there are also hidden problems, such as hairline cracks in the alloys, which can cause slow punctures, which are just as dangerous.

To make sure your car tyres are not suffering from the latter, it is a good idea to check your tyre pressures regularly over the next few days to detect if there is any gradual loss of pressure.

Tyre pressure is vital for safe motoring, because under-inflated tyres are more likely to overheat and suffer from rapid deflation and this can lead to blowouts, which are especially dangerous if you are travelling at high speed on a motorway.

Other pothole related damage you should look out for includes cuts, lumps or bulges in the tyre as well as any changes to the vehicle’s feel or handling which can be a sign of misalignment.

If you are unfortunate enough to drive over a pothole and you think it has damaged your car tyres, etyres Southwell will do everything we can to repair the puncture, which could save you hundreds of pounds.  If you need a replacement we supply and fit a wide range of tyres at highly competitive prices to suit all budgets, including economy, mid-range and premium.

Our free mobile service also means we come to you and repair or fit your tyres at your home or work, so you don’t have to worry about causing more damage to your car tyres by driving on them to a high street tyre depot.

As well as offering a wide range of tyres to suit all vehicles, including run-flats, 4×4’s and winter options, etyres Arnold also carry out puncture repairs, which can save you a lot of money and time.
