Infinity Tyres has become the latest tyre manufacturer to demonstrate its commitment to tyre safety by becoming a member of TyreSafe.
The UK’s leading tyres safety organisation was given a boost earlier this year when Yokohama became a full member of the group.
Now Infinity will use its industry knowledge to assist TyreSafe in a wide range of campaigns aimed at improving road safety.
Stuart Jackson, chairman of TyreSafe, said: “It’s great news to welcome Infinity Tyres to the TyreSafe family.
“With a wealth of expertise, and an on-going commitment to tyre research and development, it will be a valuable addition to the organisation and help make our campaigns even more effective.
“Infinity Tyres’ decision to become a member is also a welcome endorsement that TyreSafe is making a real difference for all road users.”
Jorge Crespo, European general manager of Infinity Tyres, added: “TyreSafe plays a vital part in making our roads a safer place, so we are delighted to be new members.
“With our industry knowledge and insight, I believe we can help play an important role in raising awareness about the importance of tyre safety.”
With over 30 years’ experience behind it, Infinity Tyres offers a comprehensive range for passenger cars, ultra high performance vehicles and 4x4s.
It also manufactures winter and van tyres, as well as catering for trucks and buses, along with the agricultural and industrial vehicle sectors.
