Reading: Tyres Customer Has Fears Allayed Over Alloys

For many of us our car is our pride and joy and our tyres fitters know how to take good care of them for you.

We have just had this email from a customer who had had a lot of bad experiences when it came to getting his tyres replaced by other firms – but he was delighted with the service he received from etyres!

He told us: “I’m struggling to find anywhere that is capable of changing tyres on alloy rims without scratching or causing damage (lots of bad experiences!) - are your guys able to do this with 18inch rims? What is your policy should a wheel be damaged?”

We assured our customer in Derby that in the very unlikely event of the wheel being damaged during a tyre change we would take full responsibility and pay for any repairs that were needed.

He went ahead and placed the order for 2 Continental SportContact2 reinforced tyres and this is what he had to say after they were fitted: “The guys have been this morning to fit new tyres and I’m very happy with the result. Not a mark has been made on the wheels. Please pass on my thanks to the two guys that came this morning.”
