Reading: Praise for Swindon Tyres Fitter

Our fitters always make the effort to go the extra mile for our customers, like Karl who just fitted two tyres for Rob in Swindon.

This is what Rob told us in an email: “Many thanks for this, the local fitter, Karl was despatched and fitted the tyres this afternoon as arranged.

“Please could you pass on my sincere thanks to Karl via his regional manager as he was also able to take a look at one of the rear wheels which had its tyre replaced 12 months ago but had started to lose pressure on a regular basis. It was very kind of him to expend further time looking into it, especially as I had forgotten to mention this problem to you on the phone at the time of the booking.

“Thanks again for a great service, I do not know why people waste time going to service centres!

“Christmas Wishes to you and your team, keep up the good work. Regards, Rob.”
