Reading: Praise for our Manchester tyres team and national call centre

We all know how convenient it is to place an online order, whether it’s for a couple of books or a set of tyres - but what happens if you’ve got a few questions or special requests?

That’s why as well as offering our tyres customers a clear and easy to navigate website, we also operate a National Call Centre so that you can phone up and speak to a real person who can get you answers, quickly.

Which is exactly what impressed Kate from Manchester when she placed an order with us last week well, that and her helpful fitter.

This is what she had to say in an email to our National Call Centre: “Just wanted to say thanks for your help on the phone earlier and for managing to get somebody out to me today. Jake has just fitted the new tyre so I’m back to being road worthy! It makes such a nice change to speak to and be called directly and to be given a fitting time as well.

“I will definitely be recommending you - have a good weekend!”
