The gang struck between 2pm on Sunday and 8am on Monday and police are scrutinising CCTV footage in an effort to track the offenders.
PC Simon Dudman, of Brixham Police, said: “This was a concerted attempt to cause extensive criminal damage.”
He added: “We are very anxious to hear from anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in the area at the end of the weekend.”
The 10 motor homes which suffered at the hands of the culprits included a number of Fiat Ducatos, a Peugeot Boxer and a Ford Transit.
Altogether four motor homes had one tyre slashed, four had two tyres damaged and two had three deflated.
A spokesman for Alan Kerr said the company did not wish to comment while the police investigation was ongoing.
