Marangoni Launches “e-logic” Tyre Range
In yet another example of the burgeoning environmental awareness amongst tyre manufacturers, Marangoni is launching a new range of “e tyres”. The new range consists of premium summer tyres, called “e-logic”. Marangoni claims that the tyres were designed to meet three important criteria – economy, ecology and energy efficiency. The Italian tyre company states that these three imperatives are compatible with other requirements, such as safety, comfort and performance.
Marangoni say that the new silica compounds utilized in the “e-logic” tyres deliver a stronger tyre, with low rolling-resistance. Even compared with the Marangoni Trio tyre, the “e-logic” reduces fuel consumption by 2 percent, while increasing mileage by 15 percent. According to Marangoni, it is their most economical tyre to date.
