The subject of winter tyres has been a hot topic of debate on the letters page of the Sunday Times brilliant ingear supplement.
This weekend Lesley Perfect Rasche from Monk Fryston, North Yorkshire, added her comments on the merits of fitting winter tyres to cars in the UK.
