This glowing review from Adam Prettyjohns, was posted on the etyres Facebook page, and while it singles out a highly valued fitter from our etyres Cambridge branch for praise, we believe it sums up our nationwide commitment to customer service.

Mr Prettyjohns wrote: “I have just had David from Cambridge Branch out to fit my replacement tyre. I wanted to let you know about the great service I’ve received from him, not often do I make a point of writing, but I feel David deserves recognition for the work he does. Throughout the fitting, David arrived on time as per the call in the morning, he explained what he needed to do. I had a few general questions about tyre maintenance which David was very knowledgeable about and in addition checked over my remaining tyres and gave me a status on each one. In addition to fitting my tyre, he also provided advise to a fellow colleague that I recommended to speak to David, he again has been very polite, knowledgeable and feel he certainly goes over and above what is expected. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, thanks very much for the great service and a please do pass on my comments to David’s manager. Great work. Thanks!”
