The Wales football team are on a roll at the moment, especially since qualifying for Euro 2016, so there is not much that could deflate their manager Chris Coleman – expect maybe a flat tyre!
But not now he has got etyres Portsmouth onside! After suffering a puncture to his company car, a smart Vauxhall Insignia, the former footballer needed to get safely back on the road as quickly as possible, so our etyres Portsmouth team were happy to get called up to represent our company.
We dashed to his Winchester home, but at the end of the day (as they say in football) the tyre was beyond repair, so we quickly replaced it so he could head off to Cardiff that evening.
He arrived straight from the gym, gave our fitter his car keys – along with a cup of coffee – so we could carry out the job, while he went and had a shower,
This was the first time Chris had used etyres and he was so impressed he said it won’t be the last! His wife’s friend had recommended us, because she had used us before and been very happy.
It was a shame we weren’t able to repair Chris’s damaged tyre, because in our experience around 60 per cent of all punctures we examine can be repaired safely in compliance with the British Standard BS AU 159. However, as in Chris’s case, we always bring along a brand new tyre so if we cannot carry out a puncture repair we can fit a replacement and have you back on the road again as swiftly as possible.
If you need a puncture repair or a new tyre, remember our mobile tyre fitting service is available to all our customers and we come to your home or work, at a time that suits you.
So whether you have got a national football team to manage, a busy work load to accommodate or a day of school runs and clubs to juggle, you can get on with your routine while etyres take care of your tyres.
