Reading: “Employee of the Month Compliment” for Hemel Hempstead Tyres Fitter

Customer service is really important to everyone at etyres, and our tyres fitters especially pride themselves on it.

So it is lovely when we get an email where the customer passes on their appreciation of our mobile tyres service and heaps praise on our fitters, like this one from a happy customer in Hemel Hempstead.

This is what Mrs J.M. wrote: “I would just like to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from you on Tuesday. The fitter who came to change my tyre, Gavin, was absolutely first class and his approach to customer service was excellent.

“I shall certainly recommend your company to all my friends and colleagues and if there is any kind of employee award scheme at etyres - such as Employee of the Month or anything like that I would certainly like to nominate Gavin! Many thanks again J.M.”

We have passed the email on to a blushing Gavin!
