Darts Becoming Popular in Bristol
The popularity of the game of darts comes and goes, but it seems that the lads in Totterdown, near Bristol, have come up with a new, disturbing variant of the popular pub game. They have taken to using the tyres of parked cars as practice targets when perfecting their skills. Tyre fitters in the area have reported that there have been a significant number of tyres requiring replacement as a result of dart damage.
The Bristol Evening Post reports that the tyre damage has been inflicted by a gang of teenagers. Avon and Somerset police say that they have received around 40 complaints from motorists who have suffered at the hands of the darts gang, and they are sure that there will be many unreported incidents.
