Bridgestone is trailing a preview of its latest tyres TV ad on Facebook.
Beautifully shot with a funny twist, it follows on the heels of the hugely popular Carma and Reply All commercials that first went out during the 2010 Super Bowl.
Tagged ‘Steer it up’ the new commercial features an elderly couple driving a 1956/1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Town Car on Bridgestone tyres.
It drives home the message: “For drivers who want to get the most out of their cars, there’s Bridgestone or nothing.”
Bridgestone spent an estimated $5 million a minute on advertising and promotion during the annual Super Bowl and its two commercials were favourites with viewers.
Michelin already advertise on UK TV and Hankook are about to follow suit with a new TV advertising campaign which kicks off on British small screens next month.
