Word of mouth recommendations, social media chatter and authentic comments posted on online shopping review websites can reveal a lot more about a company than slick TV commercials ever could – that is why we value shared customer feedback.
So we were delighted to read this post on Trustpilot, home to more than 13 million reviews for at least 100,000 brands, posted by Professor David Smith, after he called on the services of etyres Colchester. This is what he had to say:
“I rarely produce reviews but on this occasion I think the service warrants it. I got a puncture on Saturday and was desperate for the car to be working by the start of the week. Being a bit stuck and with trepidation and a healthy dose of skepticism I called etyres Sunday morning half expecting no one to be there. I got through immediately to an extremely helpful staff member. She asked for tyre details, registration and address etc and they gave a very competitive quote – all in for what was quite a specialised tyre. To my amazement I was then booked in for the following day. Within minutes of putting the phone down I received a confirmation email. The next day, Monday morning, the engineering rang and sent a text stating estimated time that he would arrive. Bang on time the engineer turned up and with absolutely no fuss at all replaced the tyre (it really needed replacing – no way of fixing) with no stress or mess. The engineer was extremely polite and efficient. What a great service and I would recommend the company to anyone. So if you are like me and are a little bit suspicious of such online companies, from my experience this is one you can trust. Thanks for a great service etyres.”
