fit tyres and batteries at the customer's home or place
of work. And because our service is fully mobile, we

that our network is made up of Franchise Partners rather
than tyre depot managers. Could you be our next
successful Partner with this franchise opportunity in
Mayfair?

Partners always provide a superior service than is
available elsewhere, as you may do in Mayfair.
New branches are often started as a sole trader business
with the Franchise Partner fitting tyres himself. As the
level of sales grows a trained tyre fitter is employed.
Later a second and third fitter are employed.
Alternatively the business can be operated purely as a
Management Franchise, with all the operational activity
delegated to employees. Either way, branches can be
built up to be very lucrative, with strong sales and
cashflow, as would this franchise opportunity in Mayfair.
And etyres is on a fast track towards nationwide
coverage. We can already cover to more than 70% of the
UK car owning population. However we still have
franchise Territories available in key areas, including

More about Mayfair
Mayfair is an area in the City of Westminster London,
named after the fortnight-long May Fair that took place
there from 1686 until it was banned in that location in
1764. Prior to 1686, the May Fair was held in The
Haymarket, and after 1764, it moved to Fair Field in
Bow.
Mayfair is roughly bordered by Hyde Park to the west,
Oxford Street to the north, Green Park to the south and
Regent Street to the east. Most of the area was first
developed between the mid 17th century and the mid 18th
century as a fashionable residential district, by a
number of landlords, the most important of them the
Grosvenor family. The freehold of a large section of
Mayfair still belongs to the current Duke of
Westminster.
The Mayfair district is now mainly commercial, with many
offices in converted houses and new buildings, including
major corporate headquarters and a concentration of
hedge funds. Rents are among the highest in London and
the world. There is still a substantial amount of
residential property, as well as some exclusive
shopping, London's largest concentration of luxury
hotels and many fine restaurants. Buildings in Mayfair
include the United States embassy in Grosvenor Square,
the Royal Academy of Arts, the Grosvenor House Hotel and
Claridge's.
Mayfair is the most expensive property on a British
Monopoly set.
Grosvenor Square (pronounced "Grow-ven-uh Square") is a
large garden square in the exclusive Mayfair district of
London. It is the centrepiece of the Duke of
Westminster's Mayfair property, and takes its name from
that of the duke's family, the Grosvenors. Duke Street
forms the east side of the square. The western side of
Grosvenor Square is now occupied by the American
Embassy, a large and architectually significant modern
design by Eero Saarinen, completed in 1960. It is,
however, a controversial insertion into a mainly
Georgian and neo-Georgian district of London.
Grosvenor Square Mayfair has been the traditional home
of the official American presence in London since John
Adams established the first American mission to the
Court of St. James's in 1785.
