Fleet Mobile Tyres was founded in 1992 to operate a specialist mobile tyre service for the fleet and leasing market.
The business grew steadily, supplying most of the leading companies in the Contract Hire, Leasing and Fleet Management industry. The business community soon woke up to the fact that we supply and fit tyres at much lower prices because we operate without the high overheads of traditional tyre depots. Additionally our mobile fitting service eliminated the need to travel to a tyre depot and wait while tyres were fitted.
In 1997 The Internet provided the opportunity to extend our service to the General Public. Now our Internet division etyres, through which we are now offering our mobile tyre fitting service to the general public, is the UK's leading on-line tyre company and is growing at an incredibly fast rate.
Our completely mobile tyre service already covers around 75% of the country with a fleet of more than 100 vans are fitted with state-of-the-art tyre changing and balancing equipment.
etyres fitters carry out the tyre replacement when and where it suits the Customer, at lunchtime or dinner time, at home or at work.
And because we do not have to fork out large overheads for expensive tyre depots our lower operating costs mean the huge savings are passed on to our Customers.

The Internet business is building on the back of our reputation as a market leader in the mobile tyre fitting industry.
Over the last 12 years we have built up an impressive client base and established accounts with the majority of the largest Contract Hire and Leasing Companies as well as dozens of smaller organisations in that field. They appreciate our ability to deliver a top quality service at acceptable prices.
To access the fleet market we have developed TredCheckerTM, a unique and highly efficient, computer-based system of monitoring the wear of tyres on fleet cars. This reduces the amount of tyre tread that is wasted by premature changing and acts as a safety feature for the drivers. So the motorist remains safe and legal and the company can save on annual tyre costs.
The TredCheckerTM system has vast potential and will play an important part in the future development of the company.
